Free Pattern: Fuzzy Bear Hat With Ears - Premie

Find the 9-12 month size here.
Find the 6-month size here.

Find the newborn size here.

Supplies:  Smallish amount of fuzzy, chunky-weight yarn.  (I used Loops & Threads Country Loom.)
6 mm (J/10) hook
Tapestry needle

ch: chain
dc: double crochet
sl st: slip stitch
sc: single crochet

Magic Ring, ch 1.
Round 1: 10 dc inside of ring.  Pull ring tight.  Join to ch with sl st.
Round 2: Ch 2.  2 dc in each dc around.  (20 dc)  Join to ch 2 space with sl st.
Round 3 - 6: Ch 2.  Dc around.  (20 dc)  Join to ch 2 space with sl st.
At the end of round 6, finish off; weave in ends.

Ears - make 2
Magic Ring.
Row 1: Ch 1. 4 sc. (Hold the sides straight in a line while you pull tight, to make a half-circle instead of a full circle.)
Row 2:  Ch 1, turn. 2 sc in each sc (8 sc).  Finish off with a long tail for sewing.

Sew ears to hat on either side of the second round.  Weave in ends.
