Free Pattern: Triple Crochet Bubble Flower

This is the flower I used on the kid-sized lacy shells headwarmer pattern.  I love how the cluster makes a puff.  Though if I had made the chains bigger, it probably would have laid down flat - if yours isn't puffing up, try making the chains smaller.

Supplies:
Worsted weight yarn
Size 5mm hook

Abbreviations:
Ch - chain
Dc - double crochet
Sl st - slip stitch
Tc - triple (or treble) crochet
YO - yarn over

Instructions:
Round 1: Magic Ring, sl st.  In magic ring, 10 sc.  Sl st to first sc.
Round 2: *Ch 4.  In next sc, make tc within one step of completion, three times in the same sc.  YO, pull through all 4 loops.  Ch 4, sl st in next sc.  Repeat from * 4 times.  Finish off, leave long tail for sewing on or weaving in.
