Small amount worsted weight yarn
5mm hook
Tapestry needle

Abbreviations:
Sc - single crochet
YO - yarn over

Special Stitch:
Sc 4 together - Pull up a loop in each stitch indicated, YO, pull through all 5 loops on hook.
