If you're having trouble printing a pattern, use your mouse to highlight the text and pictures and press ctrl+c (or on a mac, command+c) to copy.
Then, go to a text document (Word, Pages, Open Office, Google Docs, etc) and press ctrl+p (or on a mac, command+p) to paste.
You should see the pattern and the pictures. If it doesn't look right, you can adjust it in the document.
Then print it from there.
I am just not tech savvy enough to make a printer friendly version of every page, so sorry!
