I am trading this for a handpainted glass so I printed (editied versions) of your comments for the photographer that will be taking the baby's photo, I'm sure they will be a great help. I am going to try to send you a copy of the sheet I am including with the sling so that you can see that I am not giving away the pattern but am providing them with your information. But it is GREAT as is, i've just found that some people may not understand to do that until after they've made the whole item and realized it's not the right size.. i checked after row 6 :) :) YOU'RE AWESOME!! calitracehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09835212142001144488noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2033244591911369598.post-34958935348413616852013-05-13T12:25:12.555-04:002013-05-13T12:25:12.555-04:00Absolutely gorgeous! I was just about to buy one of these patterns.

Second, you must crochet REALLY loosely!!!!! :)

I used Bernat Softee Chunky and a J (6.0 mm) hook. It's about 7" from bottom to top of front, about 16" circumference and the strap length is about 14".

Next time I'll use a K hook and I'll make sure to DC loosely. Luckily, Michael's had this yarn for $2 a skein. I picked up taupe, pink, and a blue & white variegated. So, I'll get lots of practice with this pattern!!

I love how simple and straightforward the pattern is, and I think I'll be switching to crocheting spiral when I make hats.SewCraftyChemisthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07971798108420431518noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2033244591911369598.post-60394224383143886392012-03-08T20:50:50.303-05:002012-03-08T20:50:50.303-05:00I think I'm doing something wrong.
